Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, weather, epidemic, carrier delay, or other uncontrollable factors are not within our responsibility scope.

6. Return & Refund Rules

All return and refund behaviors must comply with our official Return & Refund Policy. Customers have 30 days after delivery to apply for returns. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, squeezed, stretched, worn, or artificially damaged squishy products are not eligible for return.
