Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Chachaa squishy toy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to submit a return request.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Squeeze / fidget toys that have been heavily squeezed, stretched, worn or damaged after use cannot be accepted for return, for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

Please send an email to chiara7551093@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending items back. Do not send returns without prior notification.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you of your refund approval. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days.

Exceptions

Damaged or defective items caused by manufacturing faults will be eligible for replacement or full refund. Please provide clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
