Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1‑5 business days (does not include weekends or public holidays). During peak‑season sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3‑15 business days. Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, carrier issues or unexpected events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $59: Flat shipping rate of $7.99
- Orders $59 and above: Free standard shipping
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update on the courier website.
Lost or Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged or you suspect your parcel is lost, please email us with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
